After receiving my first order (two lamps) from the team at CLD Artwork Ltd, I was so pleased with their work that two days later I was on the phone again to Dave discussing my next idea, which was another lamp, but this time I was gunning for a full-size copper pipe figurine of a dude sitting on a stool with one of my guitars around it.

The service once again was incredible, Dave even went on the lookout for a stool, found one, pinged the photo over for my approval and then purchased it. It was then sanded down, repainted, varnished, and then a nice piece of fabric was fitted on the seat (that I first approved) and finished off with some studs around the edge.

The results were fantastic, even my partner thought it was the coolest thing she’d seen in an age.

For a while now I’ve been looking for an artistic lamp holder of sorts to stand proud on a plinth, this was to light up a bunch of Guitars on the floor surrounding it. To be fair I wasn’t really sure what to go for, so I looked around for ideas and came across CLD Artwork Ltd.

There were quite a few sculptures on that site that caught my eye, so I guess the long search was over.

I really like the concept of copper pipe sculptures and though the cute miniature instruments that went with some of them were great too, this immediately triggered ideas and so sent them an email, Dave responded within a few hours.

We shared ideas and not before long Dave agreed to make me a unique sculpture, this was going to be a dude playing a guitar sitting on a stool and next to that, a female singer sitting on a stool holding a microphone, with the bulbs forming the head. (I am the guitarist and my partner’s the singer)

From the offset Dave was fantastic, throughout the build he constantly sent me pics asking for approval before moving on to the next stage.

Dave was friendly, professional and a very good artist, in fact the whole team were true artists, so a BIG thank you to all at 'CLD ARTWORK'

Spoke with Dave who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure the lamp was perfect... Definitely recommend it
